Welcome to the Brunel Masters Motorsport website.

Our team is comprised of 21 students from eight different countries studying for an MSc in Automotive and Motorsport Engineering at Brunel University, West London, who bring together a wide range of engineering knowledge and experience.Brunel University, The objective of the team is to participate in class 2 at Formula Student UK at Silverstone and class 1 Spain.

Formula Student
Formula Student is an annual educational motorsport event, where students design and construct a single-seat racing car governed by a strict set of rules and regulations. As an international competition, teams take part in a range of static and dynamic events, upon which they are judged and assessed based on their performance. There is a strong emphasis placed on the use of sound engineering design principles, team management and marketing skills, in order to result in a product that is a prototype for a viable production racing car.

The competition is organised by the Institution of Mechanical Engineers and closely follows its parent competition, Formula SAE (run by the Society of Automotive Engineers).
